Short version: no account, no cloud history, and nothing about you leaves the phone because of us.
We do not ask you to create an account. JumboChat does not require you to provide your name, phone number, or location to function.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you send (for example: your email address and message content) and use it only to provide support.
JumboChat uses the microphone (with your permission) to capture speech, convert it to text, translate it, and optionally speak the translated result. You can control microphone permissions in your device settings.
The app may rely on OS features and third-party SDKs for speech recognition, translation, and text-to-speech. Their behavior and data handling can vary by device and OS version.
JumboChat is designed for real-time translation. We do not provide a cloud account or cloud history feature in the MVP. If the app stores anything locally (such as downloaded models or preferences), it stays on your device unless you delete the app.
